Saving British Synchronized Swimmers from Chlorine

December 06, 2012

Over one year ago, we learned that synchronized swimmers on GB's national team were struggling with chlorine.  (At the time they were training down at the Hall of Fame pool in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.   Jenna Randall noted that many of her teammates has lost their eyebrows on account of chlorine in the pool water.

Jenna and Asha Randall SwimSpray

Elite synchronized swimmers spend up to 8 hours per day training in the water, so they are particularly prone to dry skin, damaged hair, and the lingering smell of chlorine.

When we heard about Jenna and Asha's chlorine problems, we sent them some SwimSpray to try out.  They really liked the product and found it effective at getting rid of the chlorine.  At one point Asha told us that SwimSpray was "amazeballs."  She reports “It's amazing,” “I love how well it works,” “itʼs the first time havenʼt smelled like chlorine.”  Asha's sister, Olympic Captain, Jenna Randall, disclosed SwimSpray as one of her beauty secrets when she was interviewed by Sky Magazine.  (see photo from article, below).

Recently we sent these synchro stars some more SwimSpray, along with our "Shower we me" T-shirts.  The chlorine-free sisters just reported that they have received our latest care package - they sent us the above picture, modeling the new shirts.

My husband loves the pool, but extended periods in chlorine pools leads to a rash and swollen skin. He would love to try this product.

I would love to try this product because we have a swimming pool in our back yard. I don’t like the chlorine that can damage my hair. Please send me a sample.
