Olympic swimming silver medallist and Commonwealth champion Sharron Davies recently issued some statements about looking good into middle age. Here's a link to the article. Notably, she finds it easier in some ways, especially when she does not need to struggle with lingering chlorine.
According to Ms. Davies, "I spent 20 years soaking wet, reeking of chlorine and with goggleindentations on my face, so it’s nice to be able to spend time on my appearance now."
Ms. Davies, a natural blonde, notes that when she was competing she "wore my hair short... because it was practical." However, she explains "I always wanted long hair so as soon as I could, I grew it."
Above, Sharron probably noticed that she sweat chlorine during this workout.
Fortunately, swimmers no longer need to wait until the stop swimming to enjoy healthy hair and skin. Now they can use SwimSpray to rinse away the chlorine after swimming.
